Sounds like your web browser Safe Settings are set to prevent any adult sites.

 

The websites are blocking users based on the Geo-location of the IP Address you're coming from. Most any VPN service will let you change your location, thus removing the block.

Use whatever you want, but I've been using PIA (Private Internet Access) for 8-ish years now. Their current price looks to be $79 for 3-years. (Pro-tip: If you let your subscription lapse, after a few weeks they'll send you "come back" emails with a slashed price).

One final point.....
It's each website's responsibility to comply with the law to restrict viewing of adult material. That said.....try different porn sites, I promise you .... there's a LOT of sites that don't comply with the law.

 

You have a static IP that originates in the new Nazi utopia that we call Texas and Dan Patrick decided to challenge all federal laws after his pussy ass was removed from his seat. Get. a VPN and it should be solved but if not it will be in the factory settings. For the latter you would need to know how to get onto that area and what to change, I am in south Texas and have no issues with this site but some others are blanked because they are US based and can be sued, of not shut down.

You should have said that up front. I'm not a techie, but I work for a Managed IT services company, and over the years, I have to understand the nature of a problem. The first question is: Is this affecting everybody in the office?

It's not some Texas law, it's obviously your computer. several people have given advice that you should follow. Maybe do that 'reset' to an earlier date thing.
